Layered nougat mousse

Ingredients

Stage 1

200g rosemary

100g of chocolate flavored compound

1 cup Rich

1 cup water

1/2 teaspoon instant coffee

1 tablespoon cherry liqueur

 

Stage 2

1 box of nougat mousse powder

2 1⁄2 cups Rich

1 cup Coffee Rich

 

Stage 3

1 cup Rich

4 tablespoons of good vanilla cream

A pinch of nougat

 

Decoration

Hook shaped mold

200g of chocolate flavored compound

2 tablespoons icecober cream

1 decoratively patterned slide

Preparation

Stage 1

Melt the two types of chocolate and mix with water and the slightly heated Rich.

Add liqueur and instant coffee powder.

Fill about 1/3 of the glasses and wait for it to harden.

 

Stage 2

Put the ingredients into the whipping bowl and whip for 7-10 minutes.

Put into a pastry bag, and fill the glasses about another third.

 

Stage 3

Beat the Rich well, add cream and mix.

Put into a pastry bag and squeeze onto the mousse.

Sprinkle powdered nougat.

 

Keep the glasses in the freezer and take them out a few minutes before serving.

 

Preparing the decoration

Put the slide with the rough side up and place the mold on top of it.

Melt the chocolate, add cream and mix.

Fill the mold with chocolate, Smooth and freeze.

Remove the mold shapes, and place a shape on the lip of each glass and serve.
